One person does not make an army. The best managers and salespeople are the ones who delegate and create a process for following up. Delegating allows us to move from a reactionary state to a proactive one. It empowers, spreading more responsibility and a positive, productive environment.

It's easy to ride a balloon that's floating up - what really counts is what you do - how you respond - when the balloon is floating down.
8. Hire for likability first
If our time together is enjoyable, there's a very good chance our clients will like working with you, too. Your likability should begin at the workplace. Be nice, authentic, and above all - consistent.
9. Sharing is caring
